Socialist International This is the world body of socialist, social democratic, and labour parties. Some of the parties affiliated with this organization includes the British Labour Party, the French Socialist Party, the Social Democratic Party of Sweden, and the New Democratic Party of Canada.
Socialist Party USA This is the Socialist Party of Eugene V. Debs and Norman Thomas.
Democratic Socialists of America : DSA is the socialist organisation in the United States, with trade union contacts and members elected to the US Congress. Due to the unusual political situation in the US which prohibits a regular multi-party system, the DSA is the equivalent of a socialist party in the US.

American Civil Liberties Union The ACLU is the largest civil rights and civil liberties group in the United States. Its main mission is to protect absolute freedom of speech, freedom of (as well as freedom from)religion, the right to privacy, gay & lesbian rights, total abolition of the death penalty, and other freedoms guarantteed in the Bill of Rights of the United States Constitution.

Congressman Bernie Sanders Congressman Bernie Sanders of Vermont was the first democratic Socialist elected since the days of Victor Berger and Meyer London in the 1920s, to the US House of Represenatives. He's clearly the most leftist elected official in the US Capitol.
New Democratic Party of Canada The NDP is Canada's SOCIALIST PARTY. In 1961, the old Cooperative Commonwealth Federation and the Canadian Labour Congress merged to create a social democratic party to do electoral combat with the Liberal and Conservative parties. The NDP's influence in Canada convinced the establishment parties to adopt many ideas from their platform. It was the NDP that was responsible for Canada having socialized medicine, the welfare state, public services, getting rid of the racist death penalty, and having strong labour unions. The NDP is a member of the Socialist International.
Billy Bragg Billy Bragg is a socialist folk/punk singer from England. His working class lyrics is always an inspiration to his fans. Billy Bragg is a democratic socialist and a member of the British Labour Party.
The Progressive Magazine Formed originally in 1909, "The Progressive Magazine" is one of the finest publications of the democratic left. Some of their writers includes John Nichols, Molly Ivins, June Jordan, Barbara Einreich, Noam Chomsky, Matthew Rothchild, and Bill Durst. This democratic socialist publication is an absolute pleasure to read, especially in this right wing atmosphere that has plagued the Executive, Judicial, and Legislative Branches of the US Government.

Socialist Campaign Group The SCG is a parliamentary group of SOCIALIST Labour MPs. The purpose of the SCG is to combat the 3rd Way atmosphere of Tony Blair and his followers and return the British Labour Party back to its democratic socialist roots and foundations.
